Trip to Buckingham Palace Nearly Wrecked by Broken Crown!

We were going to meet the Queen, we were going to buy a souvenir mug, and we were going to hear Prince Philip embarrass himself again before setting a
pack of Corgis on us to cover up his latest faux pas. However, one bite of a rather over done slice of bacon at breakfast – I didn’t complain,
I’m English! – almost wrecked the whole day in one calamitous cavity creating crunch.

My crown was broken and, to be completely honest, it blooming hurt. Naturally, my wife and kids thought it hilarious as only they can. Luckily my wife
has an insane habit of taking a list of emergency numbers with her when we take a trip. Something we love to mock but are subsequently eternally
thankful for.

A quick visit to one of the emergency dentists in Dublin revealed I had an infection of the cosmeticdentistryguide.co.uk/articles/root-canal.html and would
have to take antibiotics before seeing my dentist in about a week’s time. Not wanting to ruin the day completely because of bad teeth and a bad
breakfast I resisted the opportunity to cream the event for all the sympathy I could. So, undeterred we squeezed in our visit to Buckingham Palace,
enjoyed the marvellous interiors and spent a fortune in the gift shop which had everything but a dental practice sales.
